Must I pay in Advance?

Yes! We thank you for making your booking and paying in advance.

As we provide substantial quality art materials for our participants it is essential these are paid for in advance so that everyone is catered for.

If you are experiencing financial hardship and would still love to participate, feel free to contact us and ask about our Soul Mandala Scholarships.

Do you have any special offers?

Yes! We frequently have special offers. Look out for Early Bird Registration offers for each event.

Are Soul Mandala events inclusive?

Yes! Soul Mandala events are inclusive and offer a safe and friendly space.

Where possible we try to make All Gender bathrooms available.

We welcome you letting us know your preferred pronouns. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Claire.

What is your Refund Policy?

Soul Mandala offers 100% refund of your ticket 21 days in advance of an event.

A 50% refund up to 14 days in advance of an event.

After this period, from 14 days in advance of an event, your ticket may be transferred but not cancelled. No further refunds are available due to materials being purchased in advance to cater for each participant.

You may pass your ticket onto a friend and let us know who will be taking up your place.
